What is a DGCA Computer Number?
A unique ID required to register and appear for DGCA pilot exams.
How do I apply for a computer number?
Register on https://pariksha.dgca.gov.in, upload documents as per DGCA manual.
Which documents are required?
Class 10- & 12-mark sheets, Pass certificates, board verification, Aadhar card or passport as address proof, passport-size photo, signature and 10+2 equivalency certificate if required.
Can I apply for a computer number without medical?
Yes. Medical is not needed for computer number application or Ground training.
How long does it take to get the computer number?
20–45 working days normally.
What if my application is rejected?
You’ll get the reason. Correct the error and reapply.
Do I need to courier documents to DGCA?
No, now physical documents need not be sent to DGCA.
How will I know when I get my computer number?
You’ll receive an email or can check your Pariksha dashboard.
Can I apply without a passport?
Yes, passport is NOT mandatory, you can submit a copy of your Aadhar card as address proof if you do not have Passport.
Do I need Class 12 result to apply?
Yes. You need final mark sheets with Physics and Maths.
Is NIOS certificate valid for computer number?
Yes.
