  1. A steady green navigation light is located on the starboard (right) wing, visible from dead ahead to approximately 110 degrees on the right side.
  2. A steady red navigation light is positioned on the port (left) wing, visible from dead ahead to around 110 degrees on the left side.
  3. A steady white navigation tail light is visible through 70 degrees on either side of dead astern.
  4. A flashing red anticollision light is displayed in all directions.
  5. High-intensity white strobe lights are typically situated on both wingtips of most commercial aircraft. These lights serve to enhance the aircraft’s visibility to other aircraft.
